Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FullPracticeTests ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FullPracticeTests provides full-length practice exams for English proficiency tests (TOEFL, and others in future) with AI-assisted scoring. Exam content is generated for practice purposes only and is not affiliated with ETS, British Council, or any official exam body.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One free exam is included per account. Additional exams require purchase.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the free tier or violate these Terms.

• Per-exam purchases are non-refundable once the exam has been started.
• Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No partial refunds for unused periods.
• If a technical failure on our side prevents you from completing an exam, we will issue a replacement credit.
• All prices are in USD. Stripe handles payment processing.

AI-generated scores and feedback are for practice and guidance only. They are not official ETS scores and should not be submitted to universities or institutions. Score accuracy may vary. We do not guarantee any particular score outcome on the real exam.

You agree not to:

• Share exam content publicly or reproduce it for commercial purposes.
• Attempt to manipulate the AI scoring system.
• Use automated tools to take exams or harvest content.
• Share your account credentials with others.

All exam content, UI design, and software are owned by FullPracticeTests. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FullPracticeTests is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated scores.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FullPracticeTests is registered. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted by law.
